Transcription: This bronze casting of Esther Hobart Morris is one of the few statuary contributions of a female personage. It was donated by the state of Wyoming. Esther Morris was a judge who advocated laws granting voting and office holding privileges to the women of the Wyoming Territory. She lived from 1813 to 1902.
